Our organization is a reliable source of fresh food, groceries and personal care items for thousands of people.

The extraordinary growth in need has pushed us to become a large year-round outdoor operation, yet we have retained the feeling of a small, vibrant volunteer community that works together to be sure that no one is worrying about food or foregoing food for other expenses.

Everyone should have enough food.

Run in the Newton Turkey Trot

Burn some calories before Thanksgiving in a race that's fun for the whole family AND benefits Centre Street!

The event, which takes place Sunday, November 22 at Zervas Elementary School, includes a 5K race and 1 mile kids' race.

Help our families prepare side dishes for their holiday table by collecting:

Stuffing (6-12 oz. boxes or bags)
Cookie and Quick Bread Mixes (dry)
Cranberry Sauce (14 oz. cans)

Donate to Fund Thanksgiving Pies and Turkeys

Brighten the holidays for a neighbor by giving towards our $25,000 Thanksgiving fund, which will provide full pies to every family and whole turkeys to families of five or more.

Unfortunately this year’s Ride and Stride event was cancelled because of the nor’easter, but the Centre Street team walked and cycled anyway - inside, in the rain and beforehand - demonstrating their commitment to raising awareness and money to fight local food insecurity.
